Noreen Dorothy Lightcap

Noreen Dorothy Lightcap, 91, of Fishers, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at Hamilton Trace of Fishers. She was born on December 11, 1928 to Herbert and Verna (Walker) Whitehead in Lenola, New Jersey.

For 20 years, Noreen worked as an information operator for New Jersey Bell.  She loved to sing and had a beautiful soprano voice.  Noreen was a true “Jersey Girl” who cherished her life there before moving to Indiana to be close to her family in her final years.  

She is survived by her daughter, Chaleen Stevens; granddaughter, Faith (Robert) Jackson; grandson, Jake (Alana) Ryan; and her son-in-law, Michael Ryan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Edwin T. Lightcap; daughter, Kim Ryan; sister, Virginia Humes; and son-in-law, Scott Stevens.

Private family services will be held. Noreen's family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes with her care.
