Norma Ford

Norma N. Ford, 90, loving wife, mother grandmother and sister, of Fishers, Indiana passed away on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. She was born on April 5, 1922 to Neal and Berdie (Halsey) Mullens in Otsego, West Virginia.
Mrs. Ford was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Beckley, WV. She loved gardening, sewing, bird watching and shopping. She enjoyed people and was loved by everyone. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by daughter, Peg Taylor; son, Donald D Ford; two sisters, Louise Jenks and Owetta (Ronald) Laxton; brother, John Mullens; four grandchildren, Lisa Coverdale, Shannon Spreckelmeyer, Genene Blankenship and Chrystal Nichols; and five great-grandchildren, Drake Blankenship, Kasey Coverdale, Konner Coverdale, Garrett Nichols & Braxton Nichols.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Oley H Ford in 1978; two brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 26, 2012, at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Bluefield, WV with a visitation beginning at 9:00 am immediately prior to the service. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association 50 East 91st Street, Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46240.
