Norma Houghtalen

Norma Aline Houghtalen, 80, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born on November 5, 1930 to Louis and Thomas Aline (Howes) O'Connor in Indianapolis.
Norma was a homemaker, and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville and its Altar Rose Society. She was also active in the Tri Kappa service sorority, served as a Riverview Hospital volunteer for 25 years, and was an avid bridge player.
She is survived by sons, Barry (Lauren) Houghtalen, Thomas J (Debbie) Houghtalen, Robert Houghtalen, and Jon (Kathy) Houghtalen; brother, Louis B. O'Connor Jr.; grandchildren, Brandon (Lori) Houghtalen, Courtney O'Connor (Matthew) Cunningham; TJ (Andrea), Megan, Eric (Joe Lese), Justin (Jackie Green), Victoria, and Natalie Houghtalen; and great-grandchildren, Benjamin Houghtalen, Lilly & Jackson Cunningham, Ashley, Tyler, & Gabe Houghtalen, Kendal Wilbanks, and Gage Trevino.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Houghtalen.
Services will be held at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 E. 191st Street in Noblesville on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 1:00pm, with visitation from 11:00am until service time. Inurnment will be in Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
