Pastor Chester Yates

Pastor Chester Yates, 74, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.  He was born on July 7, 1936 to Roland and Laurie (Hatfield) Yates in Lee County, Virginia.
Mr. Yates previously worked for Gradex Construction Company.  He was also the Pastor of The Pentecostal Trinity House of Worship for many years.
Chester is survived by one daughter - Patricia (husband, David) Hoskins; two granddaughters - Stacy (husband, Jedidiah) Henson; and Megan Hoskins; one sister - Ida Cheek; and a brother - Darrell Yates.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Louise Yates (June 24, 2010); a sister, Hazel Cheek; two brothers, Henry Smith, and Harry Wilson; plus a son, Timmy Yates.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, October 7, 2010, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1685 Westfield Rd., in  Noblesville, with Rev. Sewell Combs, Rev. Danny Morris, and Rev. Henry Weaver officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday, October 06, 2010, from 4:00PM - 8:00PM.  Burial will be at Carey Cemetery in Noblesville.
