Patricia Ann "Patti" Douglass

Patricia Ann "Patti" (Rogers) Douglass, 52, of Westfield, arrived in this world on August 26, 1963. She was raised by Dick and Doris Rogers, and grew up with her brother, Mike in Southport, Indiana. She married Peter Douglass on October 22, 1986, and together they raised two sons, Max and Ben, and their dog, Buster.
Patti was suddenly taken from us on April 15, 2016.
In between, she attended IU; became a mother to her boys and anybody they brought home; was a valued team member at Willoughby Sales; was a friend to everyone she met; and when the need arose, was a confidant, chauffeur, counselor, doctor, nurse, and sometimes a referee. Patti had a strong shoulder, a warm hug, a smile that would light up North America, and a laugh that could be heard on Saturn.
Patti Douglass warmed the hearts of everyone she came in contact with, and will forever be remembered. Patti will never leave our hearts.
She is survived by her husband, Peter Douglass; father, Richard "Dick" Rogers; two sons, Max Douglass and Ben Douglass; brother, Mike Rogers; and her dog, Buster.
Patti was preceded in death by her mother, Doris; and an infant brother, Jerry Lee.
