Patricia Macauley

Patricia A. Macaulay, 87, of Chattanooga, TN, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. She was born on February 8, 1927 to Charles and Pearle (Musselman) Woodward in Anderson, Indiana.
She lived outside of Noblesville, and was well known for her musical talents as a young girl. At the very young age of 5, she started taking piano lessons, and at age 11, she started playing in the church. When she was 13, Pat was asked by CBS to go to New York to demonstrate absolute pitch, which is a God-given talent where she knew what note an instrument was playing just by listening. When she was 16, Patricia started traveling with an evangelistic team, and played some of the largest organs in many venues around the world. While traveling, she met her husband, and together they served the Lord for over 40 years in evangelistic meetings. They had large crusades in places like New Zealand and Australia, and their radio ministry was heard in countries throughout the world.
Pat was a resident of Boca Raton, FL for 29 years, and in 1985, she and her husband moved to Chattanooga, TN. Pat was the organist at Woodland Park Baptist Church for 21 years. Pat loved the Lord and served Him with all her heart. She had a real burden for seeing people come to know the Lord as their personal Savior, and was a great prayer partner for her friends and family.
She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Ankerberg; son-in-law, Dr. John Ankerberg; and granddaughter, Michelle Ankerberg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Neil Macaulay.
The family will have a private graveside service in Noblesville, and then they will receive friends on Thursday, September 18 from 3:00-5:00pm at Woodland Park Baptist Church in Tennessee.
