Patrick Joseph Grady, 70, of Fishers, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital - 86th Street in Indianapolis. He was born on July 20, 1944 to Patrick and Doris (May) Grady in Portland, Indiana.
For 46 years, Patrick worked as an engineer for Grady Brothers Inc. He was a member of St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, and the Knights of Columbus. Patrick enjoyed fishing, camping, and woodworking. He had an Irish sense of humor, and was a very loving person. Family was everything to Patrick, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Carol Grady; daughter, Gwendolyn (James) Plew; brother, James (Ann) Grady; sister-in-law; Bea Grady; grandchildren, Camden Patrick Plew, Carsen Elizabeth Plew, and Callie Elizabeth Plew; and many nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Grady, Charlie Grady, Bob Grady, and John Grady.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Road, in Fishers, with Rev. Patrick Click officiating. Visitation will be Friday, April 17, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, Fishers. An additional visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
Memorial contributions, in memory of Patrick, may be made to the St. Nicholas Fund, c/o St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Road, Fishers, IN 46038 (to help families in need).
