Paul Ledak
Paul Michael Ledak, 94, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born on November 29, 1918 to Michael and Zuze (Vancura) Ledak in Taylor Springs, Illinois.
Paul was a welder for several years and a WWII Navy veteran. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville; and formerly an active member of the St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Fuquay-Varina, NC.
He is survived by daughter, Janet Harvoth; son, Gary Ledak; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Avah Ledak, who passed away on December 22, 2007; and three brothers, George Ledak, Andrew Ledak & Michael Ledak.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:45 am on Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 East 191st Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 9:45 am immediately prior to the service. Rev. Christopher Shocklee will officiate. Burial will be at Marion National Cemetery in Marion.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association 50 East 91st Street, Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46240 - where Paul served as a caregiver for his wife for several years.
