Peggy L. Stavropulos Scher
Peggy L. Stavropulos Scher, 90, of Fishers, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Hamilton Trace of Fishers. She was born on November 1, 1927 to James Darl and Dorothy (Grant) Kirkpatrick in Kokomo. Peggy was a member of Fishers United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph F. Scher; children, Michael J. Stavropulos of Carmel, Joi L. (Brad) Jimison of Elkhart, Mark J. (Kris) Scher of Mishawaka, Amy R. (David) Reimschisel of Leo and Jill A. (Patrick) Mohan of Elkhart; a sister, Barbara Smith of Winter Haven, FL; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Nick Stavropulos.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Fishers United Methodist Church, 9691 East 116th Street, Fishers, IN 46037 with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm prior to the service. Rev. Jared Kendall will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fishers United Methodist Church; or, Season's Hospice, 6400 Shafer Ct., Suite 700, Rosemont, IL 60018.
