Penny L. Usher

Penny L. Usher, 47, of Arcadia, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Maple Park Village in Westfield. She was born on April 22, 1968 to Charles and Sharon Usher in Fayette County, Indiana.
Penny was a member of Cicero Christian Church, as well as Friends Unlimited, and their summer camp.
She is survived by her guardians, Terry & Debbie Pickett; and the caregivers and staff of Normal Life.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm Noon on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with visitation from 10:00 am to the time of service. John Knapp will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
