Perry Davis

Perry Joe Davis, 80, of La Fontaine and formerly of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013 at Rolling Meadows Health Care Center in La Fontaine. He was born on January 22, 1933 to Orville and Clara (Gilliam) Davis in Noblesville.
Perry had owned Perry Davis Furniture between Noblesville and Elwood. He was a member of First Christian Church in Noblesville; and also a member of the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge and Masonic Lodge, all in Noblesville. He supported local sports teams for many years; and, because of his love for animals, helped with pet rescues.
He is survived by daughters Kris Davis, Kelly (Steve) Davis McDonald, and Jody (Jon) Gillespie; and two grandchildren, Grant & Holly Gillespie.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey E. Davis; and brother, Jack Davis.
Services will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, with visitation beginning at 3:00 pm prior to the service. Jared Kidwell will officiate. A private family graveside service will be held at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
