Phillip E. Frazier

Phillip E. Frazier, 65, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014 at his home. He was born on April 20, 1949 in Indianapolis. He was a long time resident of Home Place, IN.
Phillip was owner of Frazier's Inc. which included a wrecker service, body shop and motorcycle sales and service. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast; and had a fondness for German Shepherd dogs.
Phillip is survived by his sister, Cyndi Tourtellot and her husband, Terry Larison of San Antonio, TX; nephew, Jason Tourtellot of League City, TX; cousin, Nicholas Via and his wife, Darlene Via of Indianapolis; uncle, James R. Via of Nashville, TN; aunt, Joan Sahli of South Dakota; and aunt, Darlene Gosnell, uncle, David Lucas, and a half-brother, Scott Frazier all of Indianapolis. He will be missed by numerous life-long close friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores Via.
A Celebration of Life Open House will be held on December 13, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville, IN 46062, with a special eulogy at 3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society; or, www.germanshepherdrescueindy.com.
