Phillip M. Harrold, 65, of Noblesville, beloved husband, father, grandfather and principal, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. He was born on June 25, 1949 to William and Joy (Goble) Harrold in Henry County, Indiana. His father precedes him in death.
Phillip had been a principal for almost 30 years, and the Principal at Hinkle Creek Elementary School in Noblesville for the past 28 years until his retirement. Prior to his work in Noblesville, he began his teaching career at Greenstreet Elementary School in New Castle. He was a 1967 graduate of Knightstown High School and a graduate of Ball State University.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Nancy Harrold; daughter, Amanda (Michael) Burris; son, Brad (Angie) Harrold; sister, Janet (Owen) Neighbours; and five grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Hinkle Creek Elementary School in Noblesville, with a fellowship time after the service.
