Phyllis Jean Doig

Phyllis Jean Doig, 89, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Riverview Health.  She was born on August 29, 1929 to Herman and Margie (Grooms) Templin in Beech Grove, Indiana.
Phyllis was a member of First Christian Church of Noblesville and a 50-year member of the Eastern Star.  She worked for Merle Winkler Accounting, and as a secretary for the principal at Waldron Schools, for Noblesville Middle Schools, and for the superintendent of Noblesville Schools.
Phyllis is survived by her son, William Alan Doig (wife Leslie); daughter, Lisa Lynn Phillips (husband Darrell); three grandchildren, William Garnett Doig (wife Joni), Anne Nicole Phillips and Allison Leigh Phillips; and two great-grandchildren, Ava Ailene Doig and Bremley Lynn Doig.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Doig in 2017; three brothers; and one sister.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at First Christian Church of Noblesville, 16377 Herriman Blvd. in Noblesville, with visitation from 10:00 am to the time of service.  Rev. Cheryl Russell will officiate.  Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
