Raejean Bonson

Raejean Bonson, 76, of Carmel, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Riverview Health in Noblesville.  She was born on February 5, 1943 to Ray and Bettye Jean (Higgins) Rhoads in Stuttgart, Arkansas.

Raejean enjoyed playing tennis and golf, and she enjoyed her life in Naples, Florida.  She loved cooking, entertaining, and classic rock music of the Rolling Stones and James Taylor.  Raejean had a kind word for everyone and volunteered her time at the Children of Hope Preschool.  Most of all, she loved being a grandma and was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends.

Raejean is survived by her husband of 55 years, Bob Bonson; daughter, Babette Bonson-Lancaster; son, Brady (Nancy) Bonson; grandchildren, Alecia Raeann Bonson, Benjamin Robert Bonson, Josie Rae Lancaster (Victor) Sikorski, and Carlie Kay Lancaster; and her siblings, Bobbe Rhoads and Klay Judge.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Judge.

Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation from 2:00 pm to the time of service.  Pastor Randy Spacht will officiate.
