Dick and Susan shared their life together as partners in business as well as life.  For over 50 years, they worked to build Alexander Standard Printing in Indianapolis to a quality graphics and printing company.  Dick was a skilled woodworker and an avid sports and golf fan in his few hours of spare time. A passion for their printing business and successful challenges met in business and in life defined Dick.  Dedication to family, his work and his community is how he will be remembered by all who knew him best.
A family "Celebration of Life" will be on June 30 from 2 - 5 pm at the family residence to honor a special Man, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather by a gathering of those who loved him most and will miss him dearly.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Lung Association of Indiana, 115 West Washington Street, Suite 1180-South, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
The family would also like to thank all those who gave care and comfort during a difficult time in so many kind ways.
