Richard John "Rick" Gibson

Richard Gibson, 57, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis. He was born on June 24, 1958 to Earl and Agnes (Buschschulte) Gibson in Chicago, Illinois.
Rick graduated from North Olmsted High School in Ohio, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University in 1982. He worked in construction materials sales at Tremco Inc. for 34 years, and more recently was owner of Global Building Solutions. Rick was a registered professional engineer and had several professional engineering association memberships. He was also a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
Rick is survived by his wife, Lori Gibson; father, Earl Gibson; mother, Agnes Gibson; children, Daniel (Sarah) Gibson, Amanda Gibson (Fiancé, Dumex Merilan), and Eric (Sidney) Gibson; grandchildren, Ava Peoples, Benjamin Gibson, and Jolie Merilan; brothers, Ronald (Sally) Gibson, Jeffrey (Nicole) Gibson, and Michael Gibson; sisters, Cheryl (Steve) Bergeon, and Kathleen (David) Stuart; and many nieces, nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Mary Gibson.
Services will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 13, 2015, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 East 191st Street, in Noblesville, with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Tom Metzger will officiate.
