Richard Alan Key

Richard Alan Key, 58, Cicero, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born June 10, 1949 in Lebanon, Indiana to Vina E. (Capps) and Charles Richard Key.
Richard had been a heavy equipment operator for American Aggragates for 16 years. He had also worked for Western Electric; and for Park USA in Shelbyville, Indiana.
He attended Calvary Apostolic Church, in Noblesville; and was a member of the Teamsters Union, and was a very good mechanic. Richard was a loving father and a loyal friend. He loved old cars, fishing, Western movies, and Blue Grass music. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother.
He is survived by wife, Ginger (Zwiefelhofer) Key of Cicero; son, Rick (& Kari) Key Jr. of Arcadia; daughter, Kathy (& Warren) Shufflebotham of Noblesville; daughter, Shelley (& Pat) Rigsby of Atlanta, IN; son, Adam (& Kate) Key of Westfield; son, Jeffrey (& Tammy) Elmore of Cicero; daughter, Tamra Bryant of Indianapolis; sister, Betty Johnson of Arcadia; brother, Wayne (& Corrine) Key of Noblesville; brother, Mitchell Key of Shelbyville, KY; brother, Terry Key of Noblesville; 17 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles; and his beloved pet 'Clyde'.
Services will be held at 12:00PM on Monday, March 31, 2008 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with Rev. Gary Streeval officiating. Friends may call Monday, March 31, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Arcadia Cemetery in Arcadia, Indiana.
