Robert S. Kantner

Robert S. Kantner, 56, of Noblesville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 16, 2024 at his home in Noblesville.  He was born on January 4, 1968 to John and Sandra (Krischak) Kantner in Anderson, Indiana.

Robert was the VP of Business Services for Moser Consulting.  He married the love of his life, Shelley, on June 6, 1992.  Robert loved sports:  He was a CYO youth football coach for 6 years, HSE youth baseball VP for 4 years, was the clock operator for FHS football and basketball games, and refereed football, baseball, softball and basketball for 15 years with his dad and brother, John.  Robert also loved boating, traveling, bowling and playing golf.  He enjoyed watching sports, was an avid Notre Dame fan, and frequently attended the Indy 500.  

Robert never met a stranger.  He was looking forward to his retirement so he could take up the art of woodworking and travel to Rome.  Most of all, Robert loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Shelley Kantner; father, John Kantner Sr.; son, Brian; daughter, Marissa; brother, Frank Kantner; and sister, Anna Allison.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Kantner; brother, John Kantner Jr.; and sister, Lora Kantner.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with services at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville.  Burial will be at Bronnenberg Cemetery in Chesterfield, Indiana.
