Robert Shaffer

Robert L. Shaffer, 91, Noblesville, passed away Friday, May 28, 2010 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. He was born January 7, 1919 in Kokomo, Indiana to Claude and Emma (Shank) Shaffer.
Robert graduated from Arcadia High School in 1937. He retired in 1974 from the sales department of Delco-Remy Division of General Motors, and was a member of the Noblesville Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He is survived by daughter, Joddie (Rich) VanSickle and granddaughter, Angela VanSickle; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Freda Shaffer; and brother, Dale Shaffer.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2010, at 2:00PM at Noblesville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, with Lee Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30PM until the time of service.
