Ronald Lyman Lauster, 66, of Carmel, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2011. He was born on April 23, 1944 to Donald and Violet (Bode) Lauster in Seymour, IN.
Ronald worked as a Conservationist for the Natural Resource Conservation Service for 40 years retiring in 2004. In retirement he was a director for the Marion County Soil and Water District. He was a graduate of Seymour High School and Purdue University.
He was a member of Christ Church-The Lutheran Church of Zionsville; Soil and Water Conservation Society; and Indiana Wildlife Federation.
He is survived by wife, Cynthia Mae Lauster, son, Aaron Lyman (Kelly) Lauster, son, Nathanael Thomas (Amy) Lauster, daughter, Elizabeth Marie (Joel) Shilliday, grandchildren; Zachary Duncan Lauster, Emily Elizabeth Lauster, Ezra Macleod Hanser, Adah Marie Shilliday and Amelia Mae Shilliday.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Christ Church The Lutheran Church of Zionsville, with a luncheon and visitation following.
