Ronald L. Mercik

Ronald L. Mercik, 79, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at his home.  He was born on December 20, 1944 to Frank and Ethel (Garner) Mercik in Manhattan, New York.

Ronald worked for General Motors for more than 37 years, working in Tarrytown, NY, Framingham, MA, Fort Wayne, IN, and Arlington, TX. He was a member of Pebblebrook Golf Men's League in Noblesville, IN and Walnut Creek Country Club in Mansfield, TX. Ronald was an Purdue University basketball fan. He was very giving of his time and money to family, friends, and people in need. If you knew Ron you were better off for it. 

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Patricia Mercik; sons, David (Michelle) Mercik of Coral Springs, FL and Michael (Melissa) Mercik of Westfiled, IN; grandchildren, Parker and Isabella; brother, Frank Mercik; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Mercik; and brother, Duane Smith.

The family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Home with Ronald's care.
