Rose Stevens

Rose Regina Stevens, 87, of Carmel, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on January 8, 1924 to Alfred and Regina (Roemer) Tweed in Chicago, Illinois.
Rose is survived by three daughters, Norma Rose Cole of Davis, CA, Myrna Rose Stevens of Fishers, IN, and Mary Tweed (son-in-law, Paul) Foster of Fishers, IN; a sister, Elizabeth (brother-in-law, Francis) Boyk of Des Plaines, IL; a niece, Kathleen Zenkus of Rolling Meadows, IL; grandson, Hilary David Cole of Davis, CA; granddaughter, Ruthye Rose Cole of Davis, CA; grandson, Walter Quinn Foster of Fishers, IN; and grand nephew, Bradley Michael Zenkus of Rolling Meadows, IL.
In addition to her parents, Alfred C. and Regina Roemer Tweed, she was preceded in death by a sister, Adeline Tweed; two brothers, Alfred and Jack Tweed; and her husband of 59 years, Walter Stanley Stevens.
Memorial calling will be held 3:00-7:00PM on Friday, January 14, 2011, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, in Fishers. Services will be at 2:00PM on Saturday, January 15, 2011, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Lantern Road in Fishers, IN.
