Roy E. Roe

Roy Edward Roe, 73, Fishers, passed away Monday, November 3, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. He was born November 26, 1934 in Richardton, North Dakota to Lawrence Edward and Rose (Hatzenbuehler) Roe.
Roy was Vice President of Customer Relations for American Red Ball Transit Company, where he had worked for 19 years. He had also been employed with North American Van Lines in Ft. Wayne, and had been an advisor for financial investments for Waddel Reed. He was a member of Allisonville Christian Church; and served his country in the Navy Reserves.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Williams) Roe of Fishers; daughters, Deborah (& Richard) Alter of Arizona, and Cheryl (& Gerald) Hochgesang of Carmel; son, Timothy Allan (& Shauna) Roe of Fishers; brother, Norman (& Beth) Roe; sister-in-law, Ruth Roe; brothers, Donald (& Patsy) Roe, and Lenard (& Shirley) Roe; sister, Rose Mary (& Dick) Lehman; brother, Harold (& Linda) Roe; and grandchildren, Alexander C. Lee, Charlize J. Roe, & Trinity P. Roe.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Shirley Ann Roe; and a brother, Francis Leo Roe.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at Allisonville Christian Church, with Rev. Robert Reister officiating. Friends may call Thursday, November 6, 9:00 - 11:00AM prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association; American Cancer Society; or Allisonville Christian Church.
