Russel A. Hause, 78, Noblesville, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2008 at home. He was born October 16, 1930 in Noblesville to John and Neoma (Bratzlaff) Hause.
Russel served his country for eight years as part of the U.S. Navy. He had also worked for Firestone in Noblesville for 10 years. Prior to that he had been the grounds-keeper for Meridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis for 5 years. He was a member and Commander of the American Legion in Fishers; and an avid fisherman and mushroom hunter. He loved his family and was a Colts fan.
He is survived by sons, Rick Webb of Indianapolis, & Keith (& Pam) Webb of Fishers; daughters, Pam (& Scott) Ralston of Carmel, & Wendy (& Bill) Wells of Noblesville; sons, Denzel Palmer & Russ Palmer, both of Garden Grove, CA; brother, Alvin Hause of Indianapolis; sisters, Ethel Rankin & Elsi Trusdale, both of Indianapolis; and seven grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Loretta Hause, who passed away in 2007.
Services will be held at 10:30AM on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, with Rev. Mike Reed officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, December 12 from 4:00-8:00PM. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
