Ruth J. Dorsey

Ruth J. Dorsey, 86, of Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  She was born on April 16, 1933 to Charles and Hope Young in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Ruth was a lady with a quiet nature who loved her family dearly.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Dorsey Dwigans (Mike); grandsons, Dennis Dwigans and Michael Dwigans (Melodye Jarvis); great-grandson, Asher Dwigans; and sister, Martha Dorsey.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Dorsey; grandson, Bradley Dwigans; and brothers, Harold Young, Paul Young, Charlie Young, and Donnie Young.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
