S. Jane Penwell Endicott

S. Jane Penwell Endicott, 79, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on July 16, 1936 to Kenneth and Mary Edith (Liptrap) Baldwin in Noblesville, Indiana.
Jane was a 1954 graduate of Noblesville High School and a 1974 graduate of the IUPUI School of Nursing. She retired from Riverview Hospital in 1997 after 23 years as a labor and delivery nurse. After retirement, Jane continued volunteering at Riverview Hospital and gifted many new moms and babies with homemade knitted blankets. She was a member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church; enjoyed playing Bridge with multiple clubs; and loved her poodles. She felt blessed to have such a large, loving family, and hosted many family meals.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Endicott; son, William 'Bill' (Mary Ellen) Penwell, and their children, Andy, Stewart, Emily and Tim; daughter, Elizabeth 'Beth' Hedlund (Tom) Middleton, and her children, David, Daniel and Ashley; son, Charles 'Ben' (Ellen) Penwell, and their child, Sam; step-daughter, Donna Jane (Scott) Gibson, and their children, Avery and Megan; sister, Kay (Jerry) Myers; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren (soon to be 10).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Penwell who passed away in 2002.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 29, 2016, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with Pastors Dick Judson and Jody Brown officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
