Sam Lindahl, 66, of Atlanta, IN passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at home. He was born on January 10, 1947 to Leland Abraham and Iva Alberta (Jacobs) Lindahl in Kansas City, MO.
Sam was a U.S. Navy veteran and served in Vietnam. He was a member of the Ironwood Bible Methodist Church near Frankton, Indiana and was an Ordained Minister and Elder with the Bible Methodist Connection of Churches. Sam enjoyed reading and especially loved studying the Bible. He also enjoyed apologectics, astronomy and computers. He loved his family, and was very devoted to them.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Lindahl; sons, Leland (Rowana) Lindahl & Jason (Christy) Lindahl; mother, Iva Alberta Tew; three brothers, Ruell Lindahl, Wynn Lindahl & Dwight Lindahl; and six grandchildren, Breck, Autumn, Braden, Willow, Lake & Mabry Lindahl.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by daughter, Hannah Ruth Lindahl; and a brother, Arlan Lindahl.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Pilgrim Holiness Church, 1413 Westfield Road, Noblesville, with Rev. Joe Smith & Rev. Blake Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00PM on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville. Burial will be at Cicero Cemetery.
