Sara J. Moyer Carpenter, 30, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at home, after a 5 1/2 year battle with breast cancer. She was born on April 10, 1982 to Douglas and Ann (Dankovich) Moyer in Milwaukee, WI.
Sara was a homemaker and a member of Crosspoint Church in Fishers. She was a graduate of Ball State University, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. Sara was an amazing, thoughtful, strong, inspirational devoted mother.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Ryan W. Carpenter; daughter, Annaliese Hope Carpenter; brothers, Curtis L. Moyer & Joseph S. Moyer; grandmother, Carol Moyer; grandfather, Wilbur Carpenter; mother & father-in-law, Ronald & Bev Carpenter formerly of Coldwater, MI; sister-in-law, Amy (Rick) McDowell; brothers-in-law, Mike (Jeannie) Carpenter & Matt Carpenter; and many nieces & nephews and aunts & uncles.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Gladys Dankovich, Robert Moyer, Andrew Dankovich, Mabel Carpenter and Harold & Mary Baird.
A memorial services will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 6, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with a greeting time beginning at 10:00 am immediately prior to the service. Curt Walters will officiate.
Sara's family feels very blessed with the loving care that was provided by IU Health.
