Sarah Elese Carey

Elese Carey, 82, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville.  She was born on February 13, 1936 to Spencer and Ruth (Killen) Stephenson in Iron City, Tennessee.
Elese was an operator and dispatcher with AT&T and Noblesville Telephone for 40 years. She liked to read, sew, and crochet. Elese enjoyed her grandchildren, traveling, and visiting her family in Tennessee.
She is survived by her sons, William (Karen) Carey, Steve Carey, and Scott (Sharon) Carey; grandchildren, Joe, Samantha, and Seth Carey; siblings, Jean, Joan, Kathy, and Nick.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Jack, Jerry, and Dan; and her husband of 58 years, William "Bill" Carey.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 6, 2018 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville.  Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to the time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
