Sarah 'Sally' Ulman Benson Scott, 85, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Maple Park Village in Westfield. She was born in Lansing, Michigan to Paul Thomas and Olive Sarah (Halverstadt) Ulman.
Sally worked as a registered lab technician for Riverview Hospital and then for the Central Indiana Regional Blood Center. She was a member of Refuge Christian Church, and the Noblesville Elks, and was an avid Bridge Player. Sally had been a lifeguard and instructor at Forest Park Pool, and a cheerleader for Noblesville High School.
She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Anna Buck, Nancy Lynn Schubert & Barbara Jane Oldenburger; a son, Thomas E. Benson; five grandchildren, Jason Buck, Ben Johnson, Leslie Kirby-Miles, Bill Kirby & Eric Benson; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Frank J. Ulman; and grandson, Kyle Benson.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on December 2, 2011 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Refuge Christian Church in Noblesville.
