Sawyer Timothy Douglass, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital.
Sawyer was a little fighter and the definition of strength; he was supposed to live for only a few minutes due to Trisomy 13, but survived for almost a day.
Sawyer is survived by his parents, Matthew & Krista (Huffer) Douglass; sister, Chloe; grandparents, Charlotte & Joseph Huffer, and Joanne & Timothy Douglass; great-grandparents, Eileen & Larry Huffer, and Marian Pawlick; aunts & uncles, Brad Huffer, Jacob Huffer, Ashley (Douglass) & Jeff Evans, Grace Douglass & Milan Curro, and Ben Douglass; and cousins, Elizabeth & Jack Evans.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 9700 Allisonville Road in Indianapolis. A celebration of life will take place at the Douglass home following the services.
