Scott D. "Scotty" Martin

Scott D. "Scotty" Martin, 39, of Fishers, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on October 22, 1975 to John and Diane (Closser) Martin in Washington, Pennsylvania. He was a son, brother, uncle and friend to all.
Scott was a dedicated employee for several years at Allisonville Nursery, and had previously worked at Gomer Electric. He was a 1994 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School, and had been a member of the U.S. Marine Reserves. Scott had a passion for the Harley culture, and was an all-around good guy with a heart of gold who enjoyed making people laugh and having a good time.
He is survived by his parents, John & Diane (Closser) Martin; brothers, John D. Martin and James C. Martin; sister, Nicole (Robert) Dillahay; grandmother, Betty Closser; uncle, Dave Martin; aunt, Cindy Markulic; and nephews, Austin McMillan and Robert Dillahay IV.
Scott was preceded in death by his grandparents, John J. & Genevieve Martin, and James E. Closser.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 14, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, with Rev. Patrick Click officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home, with additional visitation one hour prior to the service on Monday.
