Scott McKay

Scott Eric McKay, 47, of Carmel, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.  He was born on February 23, 1963 to Reynolds and Joyce (Hart) McKay in Detroit, Michigan.
Scott was a self-employed entrepenuer.  He was a member of East 91st Street Christian Church, and served with the Crown Ministry Team.  He faithfully served in the Kindergarten Dept., and he was a Bible Study Fellowship Children's Leader for more than 10 years.  He also coached Upward Basketball.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Laura McKay; two daughters, Brooke McKay, and Carly McKay; a son, Blake McKay; mother, Joyce McKay; four brothers, Marvin McKay, Bruce McKay, John McKay, and Chris McKay; plus one sister, Joyce Girard.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, December 20, 2010, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, with Rev. Scott Smith officiating.  Visitation will be Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
