Sean Blancaneaux

Sean Marie Blancaneaux, 53, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2012 at Indiana University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Sean was born August 19, 1958, daughter of James C. and Colleen (Kirkpatrick) Bidwell. Her father preceded her in death.
Sean was a graduate of Ladywood-St. Agnes High School, and attended Indiana University at Bloomington. She worked for many years for the Indianapolis Private Industry Council and the Indiana State Department of Workforce Development. Taking care of people in Indiana was important to her. She was a dedicated public employee.
Sean was the wife of Ronald Frank Blancaneaux. In addition to her mother and her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Ana Maria Figueroa; son, Christopher Michael Figueroa; stepdaughter, Jannette Figueroa; stepson, Kevin Patrick Blancaneaux; brothers, Kirk (Carla) Bidwell & Christopher Alan Bidwell; sister, Shelli (John) Foresman; stepfather, Michael J. Finnerty. She was the beloved aunt of seven nieces and nephews; and grandmother of eight; and great-grandmother of three.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Christ the Savior Lutheran Church, 10500 East 126th Street, in Fishers, followed by a reception. (www.christthesavior.org/)
