Shana D. Foutz, 47, of Westfield, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012 at home. She was born on May 2, 1965 to Norman and Delores (Stepp) Hooper in Noblesville, Indiana.
Shana was self-employed and enjoyed quilting and sewing.
She is survived by her mother, Delores Jean Hooper; husband, Rex Allen Foutz of Westfield, IN; sons, Zac Adam (Jennifer) Foutz, Brandon Gene Foutz, & Shane Allen Foutz all of Westfield; sister, Renee (Bill) Forester of South Carolina; grandmother, Gerlene Hare of Noblesville; and granddaughter, Kaitlynn Elizabeth Foutz.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 4:00 pm immediately prior to the service. Mike Guff will officiate.
