Sharon Lee Thomas

Sharon Lee (Woodward) Thomas, 60, Noblesville, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008 at her residence in Noblesville. She was born January 22, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Phyllis (Ridgeway) Sears and David Woodward. Sharon had been a human resource service consultant for the Department of Human Resources, Division of Family and Social Services for Central Indiana for the State of Indiana for 30 years. In addition, she worked at JoAnn Fabrics in the Castleton store. She was a graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington) with a degree in Journalism. She enjoyed gardening and doing crafts and loved animals. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Thomas of Indianapolis, her son, Jeff Thomas of Indianapolis, her mother, Phyllis Sears of Speedway, and her father, David Woodward of Nashville; also two step-brothers, Tom Sears III and David Sears. She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Clem & Sylvia Ridgeway and Bill & Ruby Woodward; her step-father, Tom Sears, and her former husband, Jerome Thomas. Services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville. Friends may call Saturday, May 3, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home.
