Steven J. Kafader

Steven J. Kafader, 66, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on April 8, 1950 to John and Bert (Douglas) Kafader in Indianapolis.
Steve was a warehouse supervisor and had also been a self-employed silversmith, making original jewelry pieces. He attended Cathedral High School, graduated from Pike High School and attended Ball State. He loved to cook and garden, and had participated in many sports.
He is survived by his children, John Snyder and Sara (husb. Moses) McCord; three granddaughters, Audrey, Arizona & Alaina McCord; and sister, Kathleen Elsey.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ada Gail Kafader who passed away in October 2016.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with Rob McCord officiating.
