Sue Hogan Decatur, 67, of Noblesville, passed away on July 22, 2010. She was a 1960 graduate of North Central High School; earned her R.N. degree from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing; her B.S. degree from the College of St. Francis; and her Health Care Administrator's degree from IUPUI. She worked as a Nursing Home Administrator for several years and retired from St. Vincent Hospital in 2008.
Her parents Mabel and Milburn Hogan preceded her in death. She is survived by her brothers, Jack (Teresa) and Steve (Myra). She has two children, Brooke Whitten (Tom) and Trent Decatur (Janie); and two step-children, Blake Decatur (deceased) (Debbie) and Paige Swayze (Brian).
Sue has fourteen grandchildren of whom she has been most proud: Sydney, Michael, Bren, Sarah, Thomas, Sophie, Annie, Tessa, and Hope Whitten; Connor, Drew, and Lane Decatur; Sloane and Caden Swayze.
A visitation is scheduled on Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 11:00AM - 2:00PM at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1685 Westfield Rd., Noblesville, IN.
A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 E. 191st Street, Noblesville, IN. The mass will begin at 11:00AM on Monday, July 26, 2010 followed by a luncheon.
