Susan H. Leers, 71, of Westfield, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. She was born on January 30, 1945 to the late Fred and Betty (Lee) Harden in Marion, Ohio.
She is survived by her sons, Derek (Cherie) Cook and Devin (Rachelle) Cook; brothers, Vincent Harden, Scott Harden, and Mike Harden; and five grandchildren.
Services will be held at later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 50 East 91st Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
