Sylvia Melson
Sylvia L. Melson, 83, of Westfield, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Maple Park Village. She was born on March 19, 1930 to Floyd and Rosa (Cooper) Snow in Russell Springs, Kentucky.
Sylvia was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son, Earl (Jerri) Melson; brother, Everett (Fran) Snow; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; cousin, Ruel (Portica) Harris; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four daughters, Rose M. Long, Debra Kay (Melson) Irion, Gloria J. Melson, and Patsy Melson; sister, Royal Harris; and brother, Junior Snow.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 20, 2013 at Riverside Cemetery, in Noblesville. Pastor Chad Muncie will officiate.
