Thomas Burke

Thomas Patrick Burke, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at in Indianapolis. He was born on January 8, 1945 to Francis and Katherine (Fox) Burke in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Thomas graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and practiced law in Anderson, Indiana for more than 25 years.
He is survived by daughters, Allison Christine Burke and Courtney Lynn (husband-James Whitman) Burke; son, Thomas Patrick Burke II; and a sister, Rosemary (Gary) Schwirtz.
Thomas was a member of the Indiana Bar Association, and was the treasurer for the Indianapolis Ski Club. He enjoyed gardening, astronomy, dogs, drag racing and scuba diving.
Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, December 20, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, with Father Pat Click officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm immediately prior to the service at the funeral home.
