Thomas Finnegan, 24, of Fishers, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at home. He was born on April 28, 1989 to Bill and Linda (Runck) Finnegan in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Thomas was employed by Amazon, and was a member of Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church. He had a love for baseball, and played both high school baseball and college baseball at Defiance College in Ohio. He had a big heart and loved both his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Bill and Linda Finnegan; brother, Billy Finnegan; brother, Patrick Finnegan; sister, Kelly Finnegan; and brother, A.J. Finnegan; grandmother, Peggy Runck of Lafayette; grandfather, J.C. Robinson; grandfather, William Finnegan of Fishers; great aunts, Marilyn Ledbetter of Idaho, and Kae Buelow of Wisconsin; aunt, Mary (Tim) Ringlespaugh; uncles, Ray (Pam) Runck of Monroe, MI, and Mike (Angelina) Finnegan; cousins, Cassie, Chelsea, & Cydney Ringlespaugh; Katie & Jack Finnegan; David & Nathan Runck, and Ben Mathews.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Ray Runck, and grandmother, Mary Helen Finnegan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at Holy Spirit Parish at Geist Catholic Church, 10350 Glaser Way, in Fishers, with Rev. Phil Bowers officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 12, 2013 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the church. Burial will be at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery in Indianapolis.
