Thomas Anthony Goch, 73, Noblesville, passed away Monday, August 24, 2009 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis . He was born March 30, 1936 in Michigan City, Indiana to Anthony Louis and Teresa (Spychalski) Goch.
Thomas was an entrepreneur, having operated a number of small businesses throughout his career. Most recently he had worked for Lowe's in home building supplies.
He was a graduate of Northwestern University and a member of St. Louis deMontfort Catholic Church in Fishers. He loved fishing & woodworking; and was an avid reader and football & basketball fan (especially Notre Dame & IU). He closely followed politics and had been a member of the Rotary Club and president of his homeowner's association.
He is survived by his wife, Gwen Goss of Noblesville; daughter, Lynn (Mark) Kellogg of Rohnert, CA; son, Peter Goch of Albany, CA; sister, Victoria Crosby of South Bend; and three grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew & Alexis.
In addtion to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Lois Layman.
Services will be held at 11:30AM on Friday, August 28, 2009 at St. Louis deMontfort Catholic Church in Fishers, with Rev. Jim Farrell, Rev. Philip Haslinger, Rev. Patrick Click, and Rev. Timothy Kroeger officiating. Friends may call Thursday, August 27, 3:00 - 7:00PM at the church. A wake service will be held at the church immediately following visitation on Thursday.
