Thomas A. Noppenberger Jr., 58, of Carmel, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at home, after a long battle with MS. He was born on May 17, 1959 to Patricia Soper nee Noppenberger and Thomas A. Noppenberger Sr. in Washington, DC. Tom was retired from St. Vincent Hospital where he had been a medical technician. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Butler University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from IUPUI and became a CPA; and was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Carmel. Tom loved his family and had a very strong faith. He loved music, working in his yard, and being a Cub Scout leader when his boys were young. Tom is survived by his wife, Alice Noppenberger; father, Thomas Noppenberger Sr.; mother, Patricia Soper nee Noppenberger; sons, Stephen Noppenberger and Michael T. Noppenberger; daughter, Caitlin Noppenberger; brother, Michael W. Noppenberger; two sisters, Jude (Dean) Trauner and Alicia (John) Reuter; eight nieces & nephews; as well as many cousins. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville. Services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, August 11, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 10655 Haverstick Road in Carmel, with an additional visitation one hour prior to the service.
