Vincent Haggan

Vincent Haggan, 86, of Noblesville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at home. He was born on May 25, 1927 to William and Mamie (Wilson) Haggan in Akron, Ohio.
Vin was the owner of Noblesville Furniture Company for 38 years. He took pride in offering a quality product with excellent service and relished in the great friends he made from the customers he served. He was the senior class president and graduate of the Noblesville High School Class of 1945; and earned a business degree at Butler University. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy and was a WWII veteran. He loved his work, his home, and his life.
He is survived by sister, Eleanor Young Lovell of Plainfield, IN; niece, Janet (John McGurk) Young of Plainfield, IN; nephew, David (Aida) Young of Shawnee, KS; nephew, Roger Young of Ormond Beach, FL; and many beloved friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Margaret Guimont.
"He lived in his house by the side of the road and was a friend to man."
