Warren Hunter Westbrook

Warren Hunter Westbrook DDS, 81, of Cicero, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 9, 2016 with his children by his side after an unexpected, but brief time at Riverview Health. He was born October 17, 1934 in Sandwich, Illinois to Avis (Oyler) and William Hunter Westbrook.
In 1953, Warren graduated from Indiana Academy in Cicero, and worked as a machinist at Lynch in Anderson until 1969. He returned to school in 1966, graduated from Anderson University in 1969, and from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1973. Warren was in private dental practice in Anderson for over 35 years; his office door was always open to family and friends.
Warren was very active and loved being outdoors, enjoying camping, water-skiing, boating, biking, walking/hiking, and volleyball. His hobbies included collecting hit-and-miss Sandwich engines, traveling and motorcycles, and he thoroughly enjoyed ice cream.
Warren was loved and will be missed greatly by his son, Jeffrey Hunter Westbrook (wife, Billie Jean); daughter, Jodi Wheeler (husband, Stan); grandchildren, Jared, Jessie and Nathan Westbrook; as well as many family and friends.
Warren's family has entrusted Randall and Roberts Funeral Homes in Noblesville with his care.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on August 13, 2016 at Anderson Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1122 W. 8th Street, in Anderson, with visitation from 3:00 pm to the time of service.
