William J. "Bill" Dennis Jr.

William J. "Bill" Dennis Jr.

William J. Dennis Jr., 84, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at his home.  He was born on February 21, 1934 to William and Eileen Dennis in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. He received a BA in Business from Providence College in Rhode Island and volunteered for 20 years with the Tiverton, RI fire rescue squad.  Bill worked as a project engineer for 30 years for Firestone Industrial Products and was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.  He was involved with the St. Paul McKee Ministry and volunteered at Conner Prairie.
Bill is survived by his wife, Kathryn A. Dennis; daughter, Ellen (David) Rochford; grandsons, Bradley (Kelly) Rochford and Douglas Rochford; sister, Joan M. Dennis; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara E. Hoyle.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 East 191st Street in Noblesville, with a Rosary service at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the church, with Rev. Michael Bower officiating.  Burial will follow at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
