William L. Morrison

William L. Morrison, 78, of Noblesville, met his Savior on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born on January 24, 1945 to Arthur and Lucena (Kinsey) Morrison in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Bill worked for the Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis for 37 years, retiring in 2006.  He was a member of Harbour Shores Church and enjoyed woodworking, carpentry, and photography.  Bill studied and read his Bible daily, and felt it was very important that everyone knew Jesus as their Lord and Savior so that one day they can join Him in Heaven.

He is survived by his wife, Janie L. Morrison; daughter, Sherri Lynne Mitchell; sons, Douglas Alan (Mary Beth) Morrison and Jeffrey Wayne (April Marie) Morrison; brother, Jim (Jeannine) Morrison; 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren with one on the way.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his daughter, Laura Sue Morrison; and sister, Carolyn (Don) Poteet.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with services at 5:00 pm, on Friday, September 8, 2023 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville.  Joe Futrell will officiate.
