William H. "Bill" Ruda
William H. "Bill" Ruda, 48, formerly of Cicero, passed away in the early hours of Friday, May 15, 2015. He was born on January 16, 1967 to Diana (Cowen) Smith and Joseph Ruda in Casper, Wyoming.
Bill enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his children, fishing, and being out on the water.
Bill is survived by his parents, Diane Smith and Joseph Ruda; and children, Brittany, Jessica, Zach, William, Ayla, Joseph, and Maylynn. He was proceeded in death by his sister, Balora Ruda.
It has been decided that Bill will be cremated, and the family has chosen to keep his memorial ceremony private for family and close friends only.
